I recently had the pleasure of staying at Xauen, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience provided. From the moment my elderly parents and I arrived, we were greeted with a kind and attentive attitude from the staff, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and well-being throughout our stay. The hotel's attention to detail truly shone through, as they not only provided ironing facilities promptly upon request but also maintained a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with impeccable heating that was much appreciated during the chilly February nights. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, allowing us to adjust the room temperature to our liking, creating a perfect balance of warmth and freshness. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the stunning terrace with its breathtaking views of the cathedral and mountains, where we spent memorable evenings relaxing in the garden furniture provided. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury to our stay. The presence of a flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a modern touch to the traditional charm of the hotel, creating a harmonious blend of comfort and style. The convenient proximity to excellent dining options such as Cerveceria La Bascula and Panaceite made exploring the local gastronomy a delightful experience. Xauen exceeded all my expectations with its exemplary service, top-notch facilities, and warm hospitality, making it a true gem in the heart of Jaén. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enriching stay in this beautiful city.
